Of Daffodils, Lakes and Poets

Cumbria, or the Lake District as it is popularly known, is a beautiful, unspoilt hilly terrain with many pristine lakes. The area is also known to have been home to some of the great English Romantic poets. Foremost among them, William Wordsworth, who described himself as a “worshipper of nature”, lived and wrote here.

Dr. Mohini Khot will present an audio-visual which provides an insight into the poetry of Wordsworth. This will be enhanced by a reading of his poems.
