Trance With Khusrow

Young talent enthralled the audience at the Gyaan Adab Centre last Satuday. The artists for the evening, Kanishk Seth an indie-electronic composer / producer on vocals and Ableton Push, Devashri Manohar on vocals and Parshva Jain on the sitar presented a repertoire of Sufi music fused with electronic music. This was interspersed with originals by Kanishk and the band. They belong to a music movement called ‘Zubaan’ which actively promotes independent musicians and their work.
