SALON was an intimate creative experience where we saw Amit Khadikar transform the usual evening to one filled with memories and all things nice. It was unfortunate that Mark D’Mello couldn’t make it to the programme due to unavoidable circumstances, but the evening wasn’t tarnished in the least as Amit took charge with his croony voice and exquisite performance. He did both originals and covers and ended it all with Green Day’s Time of your life much to the audience’s delight.
About the artist: Amit Khadikar (AK) is a guitarist, singer-songwriter who has over the years established himself as a prominent figure within the Pune Music Fraternity through his work, so much so that he now himself represents a fraternity in itself considering the associations built and number of projects he is a part of.
