This is April we are celebrating Bard’s birthday in little advance. This session focused on Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Julius Caesar, The Merchant of Venice, and Macbeth. The recitations, audio-visuals, and an open discussion were very interesting. This session is part of works of literary importance that are put under a magnifying glass. Every year Book Club Pune celebrates Shakespeare’s birthday in a very innovative way, where patrons themselves take part and perform.
