Dilip Mali, a Pune – based artist is a G.D. in Art Painting from the Abhinav Kala Mahavidhalay. He has exhibited his art in many solo and group shows. In this series of work, Dilip is inspired by a specific element in nature – ‘wood’. The bark of wood, its form, color, permutations and combinations provide a close-up view of the tree and depicts the beauty and intricacy of the environment.
