About the Author : Anuk Arudpragasam was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He studied philosophy in the United States, receiving a doctorate at Columbia University.
About the Book : A young man journeys into Sri Lanka’s war-torn north in this searing novel of longing, loss and the legacy of war.
About the Presenter : Mukul Ahmad, a regular member of the Book Club, has an MPhil in History from Delhi University. She has a diploma in Gender Studies and is interested in women centered books.
