Guldasta-e-Urdu
August 13, 2016 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Gyaan Adab is delighted to announce a monthly gathering for all Urdu enthusiasts to be held at the Centre. At the gathering there will be a sharing and recitals from various works by famous and unsung writers and poets followed by a discussion. We aim to promote the love for the language and the treasures of emotions it carries.
Through these sessions we hope to encourage people to learn Urdu or at least develop a fondness for the language and literature. Initially, we see these gatherings as being intimate in nature but hope that they will grow and transform into a larger community for Urdu enthusiasts and Urdu speakers.
Date – 13th August, Saturday
Entry – FREE
