Toasting The New

A Fringe Festival Of Films From Iran
Gyaan Adab invites you to experience the screening of unusual films from Iran, a country whose cinema has been appreciated by audiences the world over. These films were part of ‘A Festival Of Films’ that the Pune International Centre had partnered with NFAI and Iranian Independents in, earlier this month in the city. These films are of mixed genres. Some are both technically and conceptually experimental, others grapple with individual and family psychology or with suffocating traditions.
