A MAGICAL DAY WITH ROALD DAHL

Enter the world of James with his Giant Peach, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Charlie Bucket and Mr. Willy Wonka at Gyaan Adab. We celebrate a day with Roald Dahl, a workshop that promises to get children excited about books again.
Participants will learn how to make origami foxes and miniature paper witch claws with our origami expert and draw characters from Roald Dahl’s books with our cartooning expert. With dramatic readings, our story telling team will make characters like Mr. Twit and the Big Friendly Giant come to life. A treasure hunt of riddles and puzzles promises to lead to exciting discoveries.

There will also be a screening of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971) where parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and other grown-ups are most welcome to attend.

Fees:
Full day workshop from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm – Rs.800
Movie screening (open to all) – 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm – Rs.200
