About the Workshop
The workshop is a combination of Colour Therapy with Music and Dance. The intent is to help participants release stress through self-expression of the music of the Sitar that they will listen to and graceful dance movements of Kathak they see, on to a canvas with colours.

About Sutradhar
Sutradhar is a self-funded initiative of four Kathak dancers; Toshal Gandhi, Madhura Aphale, Natasha Poonawalla and Vallarie Apte. It seeks to revive the importance of stories in our daily lives while exploring the nuances of traditional Indian forms of storytelling.
